Applying to MIT International School

•  1. Submission of completed Application Form with

•              Two copies of 2x2 photograph of the student
•              A copy of the student's birth certificate (*passport for
                 international students)
•             A copy of parent's/parents’ certified/valid ID (*passport for
                 international students)
•              Affidavit of Guardianship (if both parents are abroad)
•              A copy of the student’s most recent school
                 reports/records
•              A copy of the student’s immunization record and
                 medical examination report
•              PhP 3,000 application fee

• 2. Interview of applicant by Guidance Counselor

• 3. Educational testing on competencies in Mathematics, and oral & written English

• 4. Notice of Acceptance

• 5. Payment of PhP 50,000 enrollment reservation on tuition (non-refundable if student withdraws from MITIS before tuition is paid)
