Transfer Guidelines

  1. Although it is recommended to enroll within the first two weeks of the semester, MITIS accepts new students if a slot in the applicant’s grade is available and all admission requirements have been met.
  2. In addition to the general admission requirements, academic program and calendar of the previous school are important factors to be considered during the admission process.
  3. Minimum attendance requirement is 80% in order to receive credits. (Attendance at a previous school can be applied.)
  4. Students with unresolved or serious disciplinary problems in previous schools will not be accepted.
  5. Students who are admitted after the middle of a quarter may not receive grades for that grading period.
  6. It is school’s prerogative to accept or reject any applicant.
